Always fast and friendly. Cars could be lined around the building but never do you have to wait more than 3-4 min. Why is this so hard for all other fast food/drive-thru restaurants to accomplish??? Obviously it can be done because EVERY Chick-fil-A I have ever visited, and I travel for work every single day so that's a lot of different ones, always get you your food in no time. All the big names in fast food need to apparently come to be trained at Chick-fil-A.

Hey Mr. Tim Whittemore just wanted you to clerify something to me do you all still teach your employees to say my pleasure or is that not really a thing anymore, because three of your employees one of which is Miss Kaylee at register 53 didn't say my pleasure and ever since the first time I ever went there some time back in 2017 you everybody from then up to now have said it so I just wondered this happened on 1/27/2025. At around a bit after 5:00p.m at your drive thru! Thankyou for understanding.
