I placed an online order but they were out of a few things so the manager apologized and gave me extra donuts and great customer service :) I’ve always liked this location but this experience definitely won me over.

We went through the drive thru and could feel the atmosphere from outside the window. The employees were all smiling and being so kind to each other and nice to us as well. It put me in a great mood this morning.

The last 3 times we have went, we order the same drinks every time but they never taste the same. When I try to call about it I always get a machine and be told to send an email which I did but never got a response to. So the last 2xs, we went back for them to remake our iced coffees so you could actually taste the flavor instead of just water. Thankfully Monty was very nice and helpful both times. Almost made up for the money and time I wasted.
