Ate at Echo last night for the first time since it changed hands. Our meal was fantastic! I had the scallops and my husband had the Fairbanks filet which was perfectly cooked. We will definitely go again. If you haven't tried them, you are missing out!
Haven't been here in ages but wanting to go back for a while. Finally made it back and it's great! Really enjoyed the grilled watermelon salad and butternut squash soup. The chef's amuse bouche was delightful and our entrees were great. The side vegetables were perfectly prepared and very tasty! And the desserts... if we could have tried them all we would! Really good food. We went around 6p on a Tuesday night. Not too busy and service was good. Food was nicely presented, hot, and very tasty. The burger is really juicy and a little messy, but oh, so good! Husband loved his filet with crab too. We will definitely be back.
