One of my favorite restaurant in Knoxville! Ramen soup is real soup that simmers for hours, and you can really taste the difference compare to MSG loaded instant ramen pack. Sushi is fresh and creative; it is not your typical sushi that are loaded with tempura flakes and fried batter kind. My kids ordered their Katsu Chicken Rice Bowl and they ate it all.
Courtney was fantastic so so sweet and checked on us constantly and was such a phenomenal server. Please give her a raise I loved her so much. Raymond was also a fantastic innovative chef who I got to opportunity to speak to and was super thankful for.
We have been coming here for years! Absolutely the best and highest quality sushi in Knoxville! The fish is so fresh, and the taste is amazing! On top of the food being excellent, we have always had the best service here! We love Wendell and the crew at FinTwo! We will forever be customers!
