Very, very good Ramen house in Knoxville. Don't pass it up. May not be the best of the best but it's quality. Portion sizes huge for the price. Food and drink quality prolly a 8.4/10. Good shit. Defo recommend
This place is hit and miss. They refused to customize a maki roll for my child (add chicken katsu which is available on the menu, delete avocado from an avocado maki) basically wrap some fried chicken in rice.... Any menu modification seems to require permission.

A restaurant playing Attack On Titan on the projector is already a win with me! I thought the sprouts had an appropriate level of bitterness that I quite enjoyed. I opted to not have the corn in my Ramen, asked for well done eggs because of allergies, and added the chili and burnt garlic oil. It was well balanced and I enjoyed the addition of kale.
