“I visit this location quite often. I always get the hook & ladder 8 inch with a tea. It is so very yummy. The staff work so very quickly and the wait is minimal. Each time I've visited, it's been clean. The staff are clean. The staff is knowledgeable and quick to acknowledge you when you walk in and greets you. I'll always return and definitely recommend. Thank you for the donations you collect for 1st responders. Thank you for the great service and really yummy Hook & Ladder sandwiches!♡“

“The Hardin Valley store has some really great people working there! There was a miscommunication about which sandwich I wanted and it was my fault for not checking before we left, but when I called them I was told to just bring it back down and they would make the correct sandwich. All of them were friendly and quick. My son loved the pizza meatball sub. But the large was TOO big for him. I think their Italian sub is phenomenal with the pepper sauce added to it. A large is definitely TWO meals for me! And you can never go wrong with the Freestyle machine in the dinning room, they're my favorite machines for drinks with MORE than just soda and tea.

“Everytime I go to this Firehouse subs I am so well pleased and satisfied with the service and friendliness of the emploees. They always have smiles on their faces and say "Welcome to Firehouse" no matter how slammed or dead they are in store. I'm not sure of everyone's names but I went today around 12:30pm-1:00pm for lunch and the whole team was just absolutely amazing and so fast. I do know the name of Dalton and he is so kind and you can tell he takes pride in his job. Thank you so much y'all!“

“I had a worker named Shane mess up my order. I ordered chips and salsa and received chips with ketchup. Consider my disappointment immeasurable. Management needs to make sure its employees are trained and equipped with the tools to better server their customers.“

“The cashier recognized me and called me by name, even though it had been a long while since we had been in. One of the line people also recognized us by name. It is good to have friends at Firehouse! The food was delicious as always.
