“Food was good as always but as far as the online app goes and the people at the village green firehouse Subs here in Cleveland tn who Royaly mess up my order then wanted to blame it on Uber eats delivery person which she did her job she delivered it to me. I had placed an order online through the app I didn't see where I could order a medium sweet tea so I called and asked I was told that I would need to order a soda in the combo and they would change it on the recipiet so I order 2 Italian combos the first one on wheat bread no tomatoes I ordered a bag of ruffles sour cream and onion chips. And a 20oz coke. The second one the same but on white bread with tomatoes and the baked Lay's plain chips and a 20oz coke only one was supposed to be changed to a sweet tea. I tried to use the 30%off $30+ discount it wouldn't let me use it. Soy total was $45.12 when I received my order I got nothing that I order my sub had tomatoes found that out after I bit into the sub and got a mouth full of tomatoes and got sick because it ruined my sub #1 I don't like tomatoes#2 the make me sick to taste them. So I had to take my sub apart and remove the tomatoes I receive neither bag's of chips got 2 sweet tea instead of one and a coke which I didn't receive. So I called and the same young girl answer the phone claims she was management. I told what had happened she told me that I needed to contact Uber eats for a refund Why ┐(͡°ʖ̯͡°)┌?? When I order through the firehouse Subs app all they did was delivery to me she wanted to blame the driver for my order being mess yobUber eats didn't fill my order firehouse Subs did. Then she said they would redo the order why we already ate and receive nothing correctly that I had order and it wasn't worth no $45.12 and I told I would 𝙉𝙊𝙏 be ordering again through the app. And that the restaurant crew needs a lesson on reading and preparing the orders correctly. I told her that I should be refunded for the orders being mess up but we all know that's not gonna happen. I deserve a refund and everyone knows it“
