My food was good. Kelsey my server was a rockstar. The wait system makes no sense to me at all. Go In get on the wait and boom people check in online take priority. It was a very unpleasant experience for me and my wife.
The manger not to care or wanted to explain the wait system works all she did was smile and come across I don’t care. If this holds true for every First Watch I will not return

Ordered online and arrived at the designated time given. When I arrived, the staff is extremely rude and I asked how long would it be for the order to be ready. I was advised that there was 30 orders ahead of me. Over 30 minutes later, I finally got the order. When I arrived home to take out the order, the trifecta was left out.
