I absolutely love Jimmy John’s and I’m Charlotte I have such terrible experiences at probably every Jimmy John’s I went too lol so I was cautious when I came here. I got my normal sandwich and left. I opened it up to kind of put it together how I like and found some kind of fried pieces in there (it was a turkey sub) concerned I went back and told them about it. I also asked how come there wasn’t extra protein (me thinking meat not cheese) and they explained the extra...

I had a crew working at my house today and wanted to treat them to lunch. I ordered 11 box lunches to include a sandwich, chips and cookie. I gave the crew their boxes and sad to say when I got back to the house and opened mine there was no cookie! I had sandwich, chips and pickle. Disappointing that they didn't check the $147 order to be sure it was correct! I specifically chose this store even though the Papermill store is closer because I've always had good sandwiches...

My co workers and I order a ton from this stores and it’s great . We all joke about the guy who deliveres in the Honda because he is always I mean ALWAYS grumpy. Someone give me a treat or something .
