Had the worst experience there this evening. Employees who were not looking to work while customers stood around waiting to be helped. Felt bad for the new gal being trained on the register, her trainer was not friendly. The kitchen manager was attentive but the team was atrocious. Yes I DM’d you and complained to corporate because when I complained in person, no one but the kitchen manager seemed to care.

I would NOT recommend McAlister’s in Fountain City to anyone!!!!
I have ordered multiple times since they have been open from this location and they NEVER get the order correct for Togo orders.
When you call, the only resolution they have is that “We will write your name down and you can get it when you come next time” or “we can make it and you can come back and get it”.
