Unfriendly staff / discriminatory to disabilities
Couldn’t use the bathroom without a purchase even though it was a medical emergency. I explained I have lupus and kidney problems. Paige was extremely rude and not helpful. The cashier young man was going to let me use the restroom but she said no.
AVOID THIS LOCATION, They left out one of our breakfast sandwiches today and when my husband went in to get what they left out, he was accused of being a freeloader and told by the lady behind the counter “I packed the bag myself I know it was in there” when it indeed was not in the bag. She’s lucky she got my husband in there because had it been me she would have been wearing the drinks we returned along with the rest of our food.
Very bad service, bad experience. The entire kitchen crew was more concerned about having fun instead of helping customers. One person actually complained to me that it wasn't her job to take orders. She acted like it was my fault that I patiently waited over 10 minutes and got upset when I said I will go somewhere else. This location doesn't deserve a single star and will never get business from me. I don't recommend.
