6/20/23- Please fix your sign. You are advertising sausage, egg and cheese McGriddles ( Picture attached taken this morning) for 2.79, but you are charging, 4.29. I get my breakfast here 5 days a week. Your employees are great. I told them the sign was wrong yesterday. Still not fixed. I understand the right price is 4.29, but you need to fix the sign, especially after you have been told it was up and wrong. Your man at the drive through is so nice. We usually have a great experience at McDonalds. This afternoon was different. We ordered a burger, with no ketchup. Instead it had a lot of
Ketchup on it. It even said on the wrapper to have no ketchup. Also the little girl who brought the food was absolutely rude and needs to learn what customer service is. For reference, my order number was 1934. Do better guys.

McDonald's offers a variety of options, including vegetarian salads and classic meals like double quarter pounders. The staff is generally courteous, and they are always very friendly, even when the restaurant is busy. The drive-thru service can be quick and efficient, although some customers have experienced long wait times due to random delays. Breakfast items like hotcakes and sausage are popular, along with the unique option of a large orange juice. While there have been some issues with order accuracy, including concerns about the freshness of items like chicken nuggets, McDonald's remains a convenient choice for a quick meal on the go. Customers have noted that the food is often hot and tasty, and the polite staff enhance the experience. However, caution is advised in the parking lot due to some crazy drivers and the occasional presence of individuals with carts.
