This store could use better management, and employees. Every time I eat here they leave something out of my order. Most of the time the food is not good quality. The employees can be very rude, we always ask for condiments and never get them. Never have any napkins. I called once about my order that I had purchased the night before, the manager would not refund my order even though I wasn't able to eat what I purchased. Every Mc’D’s is remodeling taking out the self serve drinks since Covid. I’m guessing to add space for the employees and save money on soda refills and paper goods. I don’t much care for it. There’s never any ketchup in the lobby either. Only ketchup packs which aren’t even worth using.

I will not order from a kiosk that’s how my credit card information was stolen, there was no customer service but someone was working a cash register. I will never spend another penny at this McDonald’s.
