Today we went to O’Charleys at the East Town location. When we arrived, people are standing everywhere in the lobby waiting to be seated because the restaurant was so full. When the hostess entered the lobby a man proceeded to complain that she wasn’t in there and she told him they were short staffed and she was helping set up tables. He told her that wasn’t her job and he had been standing there for 10 min and had already asked to speak to a manager. She politely explained...read full review

My 1st time at a O’Charleys. We went to the one at South Mall Rd. In Knoxville Tn. The 4 of us all enjoyed our food.Lots of flavor & served hot !! The server Jodie was sweet & on the ball, we never had to ask for any refills, she was there doing it & so friendly..The hostess was very friendly & had the biggest smile & greeted everyone like she was your best friend..The manager was very friendly too. We will definitely go back ASAP .
