One of the worst locations for drive thru times, at night especially. They make everybody sit at the speaker until they drive off, or say "helllloooo" etc. One at a time. I had two cars in front of me, and it took 20 mins, no less. I think they do the speaker thing, to fake their drive thru times to corporate. I usually have no issues with this Wendy's, but they were out of the pretzel buns and Diet Coke when I went tonight. They only told me after checking me in for my order, which means I was unable to cancel through the app and will have to do a charge back through my card to get my money back.

The food us ok. It's fast food, but the big bag deal is pretty good. I hate the kiosk. It wasn't cash friendly and required an employee to complete payment. Having a homeless person stationed near the entrance did not enhance the atmosphere.
