I could give zero if I could. This is the worst Wendy's in Knoxville. I have done so many mean things to this Wendy's and I don't feel bad at all. It makes me worried to go back ( WHICH I WON'T ) because they might crack my head or something. My family members tell me to go back and not drive to a different one to get Wendy's but I tell them no because of how awful they are plus all of the mean things I have done to them. I have flipped them off, yelled at them, have had road rage in there parking lot, send them mean messages, etc. Also they never have anything, Sprite, Coke Zero, you name it. They are super slow. It takes them forever to answer the speaker. 2 times this has happened I have gave them 1 to 2 minutes then I would leave and yell out the window " F You! " or " You all need to hurry up! " most people wouldn't do this because they would be afraid they would get beat up. I honestly don't care about that. I get away as fast as I can. Their parking lot is also too small and it's hard to get in and out of. They should have just stayed at the Knoxville Center Drive Location. The staff here is also super rude. They also closed for no reason on Tuesday January 16th 2024. Bet you they will be closed Tuesday April 16th 2024 and Tuesday July 16th 2024. Also closed early on Saturday October 9th 2021. This place is absolutely the worst and last time I visited here was on Sunday February 25th 2024. Super slow, rude staff. Couldn't yell at them because a person was in the car with me. But if I was by myself I sure would yell at them and not feel bad at all. This Wendy's is the absolute worst and I will never ever be back. Hope they close this location and move back to Knoxville Center Drive and close Don Chuy's. If someone offers me to go here I will tell them no.

Drive through is the worst of any food service on millertown pike. Stayed in line 30 minutes only to hear we are having a problem at the window! UNBELIEVABLE. The owner needs to fix the issues at this location. Horrible customer service. Giving 1 star because you can't ennter 0.

Customer service is horrible! The fact you can't use cash from 2-6 because the manager doesn't want to do her job plus, drive through is not my problem the menu is on a little laminated paper not up above to look at like it use to be plus this location is small.

Went to get food at 10 pm, and no one answered the drive thru. I drove around the building to find three employees sitting outside talking.

The food us ok. It's fast food, but the big bag deal is pretty good. I hate the kiosk. It wasn't cash friendly and required an employee to complete payment. Having a homeless person stationed near the entrance did not enhance the atmosphere.

Hoorible Service, my mobile order did not include the Free Fries on Friday and Ben after I added it in the app, the manager with red hair refused to give me the free fries even though I clearly made a purchase and mentioned buying weed to me as an example of why she wouldn’t give me the fries. She slammed the window in my face, threatened to call the police and would not provide the General/Store manger’s name! I absolutely will not go back. I’ll never give this location another dime of my money!

One of the worst locations for drive thru times, at night especially. They make everybody sit at the speaker until they drive off, or say "helllloooo" etc. One at a time. I had two cars in front of me, and it took 20 mins, no less. I think they do the speaker thing, to fake their drive thru times to corporate. It seems like all of my bad trips at wendys, i never get a receipt to report it. On my 20 minute trip i received the wrong sandwhich, and old fries.edit: i have been there since, and on other occassions. It's not always that bad, and seems to be better recently. Still only 3 stars instead of one star, Ive had multiple horrible experiences.

Food always comes out good but it takes forever to get it... I've waited for 25 minutes before with 3 cars in the line.

If you go thru the drive thru, just know they will get to you in about 3-5 business days. But for real. They slow as hell. They Will just leave you sitting in the drive thru while they walk to there cars to go smoke. I was waiting and saw the manager standing at a van talking with a young woman. I waited for 10. Nothing. No, it will be a min. Nothing. So I left. Fyi Dude you're too old for her.

I usually have no issues with this Wendy's, but they were out of the pretzel buns and Diet Coke when I went tonight. They only told me after checking me in for my order, which means I was unable to cancel through the app and will have to do a charge back through my card to get my money back.
