It was 30min tell closing time I was surprised by the service I received from everyone. It was really nice to be treated like an important person lol normally if it's that close to shut down the service sucks. As well as the food. But not this crew of grate people pleaser. Their app is WORTHLESS! Food is usually good. Pick up, CHECK YOUR ORDER so you don't have to make a return trip. I don't dine in so I can't rate their atmosphere. If you buy gift cards don't get E-cards. Get a physical card. Adding E-cards to their app, WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, is an exercise in futility!

The manager Mercedes is very rude and unprofessional to go along with her employees. So now that they employees fight in the parking lot and nothing is done is a shame, and the manager could care less. Mercedes tell you she don’t care about nothing around there and and claiming that the corporate office won’t do anything to her. The police was called and she somehow made sure that the police wouldn’t come talk to me when I called them because according to her it was okay that they were fighting my child saw everything too. It’s not okay for me to go out in public with my child both of us witness fighting accruing. She also lied to the police and said that I was being delusional and lying when I wasn’t because I’m certain other people saw but they didn’t say anything because the manager told them not to. According to the manager the cameras don’t work so you might wanna watch your surroundings because If something bad happens nothing might not be done about it because she will tell the people who saw it not to say anything

I was over on this side of town at my gf's place. We ordered to-go food from here and the quality was very bad. Our steaks were over cooked, very thin, kinda resembling a hockey puck. I got a combo with tenders and they also left out the dipping sauce, which is unfortunate because they were also overcooked and dried out. Even the mac and cheese was barely edible. We didn't end up eating it. Very disappointed. It was a complete waste of money. Will not be eating here again.

She paid attention to our drink refill needs and checked to see if we needed anything.Parking: Plenty of parking all around the building.Kid-friendliness: The kids' menu has many selections. They also have a kids' coloring sheet/menu with crayons.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and wheelchair accessible seating. Very accommodating.
