Their app is WORTHLESS! Food is usually good. Pick up, CHECK YOUR ORDER so you don't have to make a return trip. I don't dine in so I can't rate their atmosphere. If you buy gift cards don't get E-cards. Get a physical card. Adding E-cards to their app, WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, is an exercise in futility!
Great, as always! Our service was friendly and courteous. She paid attention to our drink refill needs and checked to see if we needed anything.Parking: Plenty of parking all around the building.Kid-friendliness: The kids' menu has many selections. They also have a kids' coloring sheet/menu with crayons.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and wheelchair accessible seating. Very accommodating.

My 1st time at a O’Charleys. We went to the one at South Mall Rd. In Knoxville Tn. The 4 of us all enjoyed our food.Lots of flavor & served hot !! The server Jodie was sweet & on the ball, we never had to ask for any refills, she was there doing it & so friendly..The hostess was very friendly & had the biggest smile & greeted everyone like she was your best friend..The manager was very friendly too. We will definitely go back ASAP .
