“I was going to give a 4 star due to slow service but the girl that took my order a few days ago i think her name is Emily. Is such a sweet person. she got my orders in an out when i told her i was in a hurry. she was new to register but she got everything done and ending her service with a smile made my day. i definitely recommend the food here“

“The food was great the atmosphere was great on the inside. As we walked in there was a man who seemed to be confused in his mind and was talking to himself. He came in that was a little scary. But the employees did a perfect job in helping him. The reason why I put one star in service was there was only the person up front taking our order. And of course at Panera you pick your own food up and sit down and eat. There was no tray to put our plates or cups on, we had to take our plates without a tray and go to the table. And then when we were finished we had to take our plates and cups and throw the trash away and then stack the plates in another part of the section where they have that. It was like a cafeteria type of place. If you want food to go that's a great place to go. If you want to dine in, not so good, you have to clean your own table and take your plates to the designated area that they specify. And then they want you to leave a tip before you sit down to eat.“
