There was even one female employee that on more than one occasion was always offering to help, to take away the dishes & trash from our tables, etc. I am a rewards member and been coming to Panera since 2005, and I have been all over the country to Panera, and this is definitely the best one!“

I found out that you Can't use a Gift Card on the app. You have to order and take the gift card to the restaurant to use it.
Other than that,, I was well pleased with the sandwichs.“
“We ordered their new pretzel bagel sandwich and cheddar broccoli soup. The soup was just warm, not hot. The bagel sandwich was NOTHING like they pictured it on TV! We both only had three TINY pieces of chicken on the sandwich! It was mainly bagel and lettuce! It took an exceptionally long time to get our food. To be fair, they were busy. My husband called the manager after we got home and he apologized and offered to give us a free meal if we came back. He was correct about one thing. We should have complained right then and there. The sandwiches were good if they would have had more meat on them. This is the first time we have had poor service at the Fountain City Panera Bread location.“
