My son had back surgery and the surgical center was very efficient and yet kind and caring for the patients as well as family members. He was admitted for the night and I would like to commend Christine, nurse; Chrissy, PT, and Anna, wound care. No one wants to visit the ER and most of them have terrible reviews if you look at Yelp or Google. That's because all of them have long wait times and, if you're here, it's not for fun. All that said, I've been to Parkwest a few times (like 3 over 10 years) and each time was fairly good. Based on Us News and some other sources, this is probably one of the best options in Knoxville. Dr Adam Short did my foot surgery here October 5th, 2023. The staff and care I received was impeccable. They were very tentative. It's been 3 months now and I get to stand on my foot! I can't wait to get out of this boot. It's been a long journey but at least I won't be in pain! Thanks for all you do.
