My family and I ate here for the first time yesterday. The food was amazing and the service was wonderful. The ambiance made me feel so happy. I wish you all the best and am looking forward to my next visit.
My family and I stopped by Potchke bagel today and even though they were packed with customers, all the Staff were welcoming and greeted each customer with a smile and made us feel like we were family! Our lunch was delicious and we even ordered bagels to take home. We will return as often as we can. Your Customer Service is top notch!!!! :0)
This excellent review is for Potchke bagels in Cedar Bluff. Last week we tried Potchke deli in downtown Knox. It was our first time ever trying Potchkes. the food was phenomenal but the service was pretentious and unwelcoming. Today we tried Potchke bagels in cedar bluff and it was an entirely different attitude and experience. These workers are powerhouses.
