Great selection of beers on draft, the best patio downtown, and all the employees are top notch!

Really enjoyed the experience here. It took less than 30 seconds to check me in. All I need to do is give my ID to scan and a card to put on file (they said I can pay cash when it’s time to pay if I wanted). Just like that I have a wrist band and can pick what ever beer I want. It’s cool to pour 2-5 oz to try something with a low cost low risk opportunity.

I had 21.8 oz total of different kinds of beers and it only cost me $10 bucks before tip. I was checking out and someone else had a party of 5 and their bill was only $56 with beer and food and they thought it would be at least $30 more. It seems like if you can navigate drinks and food well you can really get a great value.

Although it’s tough not to have parking in front of the store I did learn that the parking lot near the bridge is free after 6pm M-F and free on weekends. Definitely will choose to park here. I did have to pay when I came but for 2.5 hours I only paid $3.45 for parking

Totally recommend!

Perfect place to grab a drink and try something new. A variety of beers, wine, ciders and cocktails. I enjoyed the raspberry mule and recommend the pickle dip and buffalo chicken nachos

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pour Taproom: Knoxville is a fun and unique self-serve beer experience right in the heart of downtown. The concept is great, giving you the freedom to sample a wide variety of beers and find exactly what you like. The atmosphere is energetic and social, making it a perfect hangout spot for groups or a casual night out. The staff are helpful and friendly, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Overall, it’s a great place to relax, explore new drinks, and enjoy Knoxville’s nightlife.

Great beer selection but brutal staff. Frequent Knoxville visitor and will not return here. Shame two of my other spots have closed yet places like this continue to operate. Look at the owners replies to these reviews, she’s just awful!

I left a negative review after a very poor experience with a female server/employee here, but decided to give it another chance because I like the location and assumed she was having an off day. Went back today and same nonsense, super rude, just seems perpetually angry. Cool idea, very nasty people!

A group of us walked over to this establishment for drinks after someone offered to pay $100 cash and start a tab. The bartenders had no idea how to start a tab in cash. Already a bad start considering the business has been open for quite some time now. The bartenders were extremely rude as they checked everyone’s IDs as well and took out their lack of knowledge on the group. I make it very clear that I am willing to put my card down so long as the tab doesn’t not go over the $100 limit. They gave us a “master wristband” for the tab and tell me to check with them if I think the limit has been approached. I go back and check after the first round and they let me know I have $90 left, so the group grabs another round. The bartenders let me know I have reached my limit and tell me my total is $197. I hand her the $100 and she is confused and tells me she counted $200 when we came in. How or why she didn’t confirm the amount with me , I don’t know. She charges my card for the remaining amount and tells me to do the math for every ounce that was poured. Completely unacceptable and unapologetic. Considering the bartenders don’t actually pour the drinks here, you would assume they would at least confirm the amount someone gave them in cash. They were completely unwilling to give actual help, although this is not the first time my friends and I have had a bad experience with the bartenders here.
