Food quality has been very dissapointing lately. Latest Double Smoked Bacon Cheddar and Egg, was practically a slice of fat with a sliver of meat.

coffee was good, but there's no where to sit!!! It was a chilly day in Knoxville, we had to go sit in the car. Of course, this wasn't the end of the world, but it was an unusual experience at Starbucks. Had we known that this was going to be the situation, we could have chosen another Starbucks that was only a tiny bit further away. Staff was friendly.
