Yes it gets quite busy and yes sometimes there is a wait but the employees are friendly, professional, and work as quickly as possible to make sure you get your order correctly and quickly

It’s nice being able to get something warm to drink while in the library. Located in UT this is definitely a busy place. It is probably one of the busiest places I’ve been to at UT. I’d hope that the opening of other locations would help alleviate some of the wait but it seems to stay busy just because of the location. May be good for your study time but if you’re trying to get a drink before class on the hill you can probably count on being late to class. The staff here...
