I'm not a sensitive person and I always give service workers the benefit of the doubt. I saw the negative review before going tonight and didn't think much of it. I can honestly say I've never experienced such rude people in my whole entire life. I'm actually shocked
i love panda express, but this was the worst experience i've ever had at any food service establishment. the employees were very rude and didn't listen to my order. the food was fine, but they had a very small selection (they didn't even have veggies). i also asked for a cup for water and they refused. they also wouldn't accept my panda express gift card. one star feels generous. if i could give this location negative stars i would.
