Please do not support this business. I have never met a manager who is so unprofessional and disrespectful. For a customer with a birthday, without any warning, they used a very large matraca that is objectively loud and startling. For a second it sounded like gunfire and, to some people (e.g. veterans with PTSD), could be traumatizing. It was so startling that it brought my wife to tears, and we had to leave.
