Each franchise is different and the one on Boyd's creek, near me is not the best. Tried it several times and the food wasn't terrible but looked behind the counter and it wasn't as clean as I would expect any food service to be. I'm suggesting to the people in charge that keeping the area clean is a must.
Excellent food, but this location has a habit of being grossly understaffed, to the point that they have to close just to give the one worker a break. Hire more staff and please pay them a living wage!!!

This is one of the cleanest subways in south Knox. They are a bit under staffed but seems to be the normal thing these days everywhere. Each worker ,works their bottoms off . I think if the company would keep the stores equipment updated more ..it'd prob help and if the company it's self would hire people and send them to stores that's only got 2 or 3 workers that'd help also .
