I order here regularly and it has good service, good food and am pleased with this location.
We were waited on by the manager June. She was the only employee there and had a line. She handled everything with grace and a smile. You would do well by having more employees like her in your company.
This is one of the cleanest subways in south Knox. They are a bit under staffed but seems to be the normal thing these days everywhere. Each worker ,works their bottoms off . I think if the company would keep the stores equipment updated more ..it'd prob help and if the company it's self would hire people and send them to stores that's only got 2 or 3 workers that'd help also . The store, located inside Walmart, has ample parking and is wheelchair-friendly. Kids love the Subway pizza and the kid-friendly sandwich options available. Despite the challenges of limited staff, the Subway in south Knox continues to provide good service and delicious food options.
