Tonight I took my wife to eat for a date night and met our server Morgan. She was so precessional and courteous and met service expectations beyond imaginable. We will be back soon and definitely ask for her to be our server. Great hire and a huge asset to TR staff!!

Frankly, my wife's BBQ Ribs makes this place's ribs look and taste like dried out left-overs from 2 weeks ago. Service is great, the atmosphere is so so and the other foods were OK but not spectacular.

Went on a much needed date with my husband last night to Texas Roadhouse and it was so amazing! Everybody was so friendly. Our food came out fairly quickly and was cooked to perfection!!

Not even a minute after leaving to the restroom I came back to our table being cleaned. (Wife took our daughter and we passed each other as I was heading back). We had all our food, personal belongings (daughters backpack) and everything still present at the table. Everything was fine up until this happened. We were not done eating.

Highly disappointed this time, usually good but service was just bad . Didn't get my fries with my hamburger and then it took almost 10 minutes to get ketchup and mustard brought to my table.

Okay, I have to start out on how bad the food was. The filet was got messed up and it was sirloin, and the shrimp cold and dry. The Mac and cheese had no cheese. The service was horrible. The waitress didn’t care when she messed up our order, there was hair clumped on my napkin, and our appetizers were forgotten. The rolls were the only thing good that we ate. I would not eat here again.

I have been to this location several times and never had an issue. Food has always been great and service has always been excellent. However, don’t come here if you have a party of more than 8 people. My daughter wanted to go to Texas Roadhouse for her 14th birthday. This is her favorite restaurant. We had a party of 11 people. I completely understand that a party this large will take a lot of time to get us seated. No worries there. When I went up to the hostess station and told them we have 11 people, she said “oh, you will have to talk to the manager for any party over 8 people. Just stand over there and I will get the manager.” Ok cool no problem. I stood there for over 15 minutes. She knew I was standing there trying to avoid eye contact. I eventually got very irritated. Went out to the car and tried to call the restaurant to speak to the manager. Couldn’t get through. Another member of my party went back inside and spoke to another hostess. She said that there is no reason to talk to the manger and she would get us on the list. But that there is a party of 30 ahead of us. If I was told that from the beginning I would have had no problem with this place. I’m pretty confident that the hostess just didn’t want to deal with us. We ended up going to a different restaurant all together. It really makes me sad because this is our families favorite restaurant. Never had a problem at a single Texas Roadhouse until now.

Usually I have no problem out of this location. However after a very busy Saturday evening. (I understand it’s nothing they have control over) We were told that we only have 10 more minutes after waiting an hour. Well after asking multiple times after we waited for another whole hour.
