I spent 87 on 4 desserts and 4 macaroons. I took one bite of each item and gagged. Absolutely everything from the caramel apple, dubai, strawberry key lime were truly gross. The macaroons were oddly wet and almost gooey. This is by far the worst bakery experience I've ever had.
Very unprofessional! My 3-year-old goddaughter, who is severely disabled, and her parents wanted to give her a special birthday because her health issues make every moment precious. Now, just three hours before her cake was supposed to be decorated, they’re being told they can’t get the cake they ordered and a refund on the deposit. I bought a $80 dollar 6 inches cake and when I arrived home it went directly to the fridge. It looked fine when I got home. At the time of the birthday party (a couple of hours later) I went to grab it and it was completely collapsed. We couldn’t even sing happy birthday or take pictures. When I called the bakery to talk to them the employee said the manager was too busy to take my call. She didn’t offer any help, solution or any form of refund to make it up for.
