We paid $12 dollars each for a grilla shake that was supposed to come in a 16oz glass mug. Once we got the shakes it was in a plastic cup... I thought maybe it was an error so I asked about it and was told that we were given a discount because they no longer had the mugs... it says on their menu as well as on their Facebook page $12 for a grilla shake in a 16oz glass mug. was very disappointed and we did not receive any discount we paid for price and did not receive what we paid...read full review
