1st time here and felt rushed. The girl taking my order couldn’t hear my order or wasn’t listening and I had to reorder. Very poor customer service! I will not be returning to this location!!!
Food quality gone down hill fast. Decided to try again today. Never again. Just another ordinary Mexican place now.
The lady who works at the hardin valley location has zero respect for the customers. I told her my order and she proceeded to tell me that my order was dumb. they then made my order wrong so I brought it back in and asked for it to be remade. The lady then tried to gaslight me and told me that what she gave me is what I ordered when she clearly didn't hear my order correctly. she then argued with me about remaking it. would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND the hardin valley location.
