Wendy's Reviews
Wendy's on millertown pike in Knoxville, TN was kind enough to make a way to serve us even though drive thru was closed and we had a flat tire so our car was stuck next door to the store. we called and explained our situation and they agreed to let us come inside to serve us to accommodate our unfortunate situation. Now THAT is customer service! other restaurants need to take notes! Thank you, Wendy's millertown pike for giving us something to smile about on an otherwise awful...read full review
ordering inside for lunch is awful and the lines backed up to the door and theres no light up menu boards on the wall behind the front cash registers .not enough seating inside its very small.and this is millertown pike location.

Wendy's offers fast food options, including a nostalgic Frosty and a burger for dogs. The "big bag deal" is noted as a good value. However, the drive-through experience and customer service have received mixed reviews. Service has been described as ridiculously slow, with some customers sitting in the drive-thru line for long periods without moving. One customer canceled their online order due to the delays. There have also been issues with order accuracy; a customer reported receiving the wrong order but praised the manager's polite and professional response in fixing the issue. The cleanliness and atmosphere of the location were mentioned as less than ideal, with reports of a dirty kiosk and a homeless person near the entrance at one site. Customers have noted that the process of ordering at kiosks can be challenging for those unfamiliar, leading to frustration. While some found the food very good, others had mediocre experiences, with multiple bad trips reported, although some mentioned recent improvements in service.
