Terrible service!!!! Drive through idiot dumped my drinks in my lap then laughed about it to my face!!! All he said while laughing was I am sorry. Didn’t even offer A refund of any kind! Then we got or order and half the food was missing and we got no straws for our drinks. Absolutely horrendous service
Serving breakfast now great! But for the blue collar early folks that roll by your restaurants at 5-6 am headed to work to see the lights still off is disappointing. Really have no idea when you do open but it’s never when I go by. At least your competitors are.
Complete lack of listening skills & equally lazy effort to correct their mistakes once they were pointed out. I'd of had better luck ordering from the shrub at the drive through, then when I pointed out that I'd ordered a large combo when they tried to give ma a small they took it back & changed the drink to a large but not the fries so I still ended up with the wrong stuff.
