Vinny and Burgs were AMAZING!!!!! They talked me into buying so much merch and beer!!!!!! They were amazing and I will continue to come back to see them!

Another bar to clog up the already wonderful Hardin valley area. Your lines block a physical therapy center and you take up ALL the parking....great job for nasty beer!

Xul Brewery is the kind of place that makes you forget you’re adulting for a minute. Great beer, good vibes, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer than you planned — which is basically a compliment for a brewery.
The staff is friendly and welcoming, like they actually enjoy having people around. The beer lineup is solid, and every pour felt like it was made with purpose. I didn’t come here for a show — I came here for quality, and Xul delivered.
The space is comfortable and inviting, whether you’re inside or out. Perfect for hanging with friends or just enjoying a quiet moment with a good brew.
Some places try to be “unique.”
Xul just does what it does well.

This brewery has become a favorite for both my coworkers and me, and I genuinely enjoy both of their locations—213 E 5th Avenue and 106 77 Hardin Valley Road. No matter which spot you visit, the atmosphere is welcoming, relaxed, and the perfect place to unwind at the end of the week.

One of my standout favorites is the PB&J Mixtape. It truly delivers all the flavors of a homemade peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich—nostalgic, creative, and incredibly well-balanced. It’s fun, flavorful, and unlike anything else. Of course, there’s plenty more to explore. The King is another favorite, paying perfect homage to banana, and for those who prefer something classic, their traditional brews are equally well-crafted and satisfying. When it appears, you had better act FAST!

I’ve even captured my appreciation through photography—one of my studio shots features a stream of Mixtape being poured into a frosty mug alongside a PB&J can, which really sums up the experience: fun, flavorful, and thoughtfully made.

Our Thursday—and often Friday—afternoons have become something we genuinely look forward to. It’s a friendly, comfortable place to end the workweek and kick off the weekend. Great beer, great vibes, and a place that always feels like a good decision.

Always on point… one of the best on the west side

I love this Brewery!! I sat outside. Heaters on. Nice cool day. It was perfect. I got a couple packs to go!!

I made a quick stop in to this brewery on a Friday night for some to-go beer. There was a great selection of to-go beer and I ended up grabbing four single IPA’s. All were good but the DDH Ivy and the DDH Rhymes Like Dimes were both excellent. I wish I could go back and grab 4-packs of each but my travel plans don’t call for being back in the area while they are open… While I did not have any on-premises beer, it looked like a good place to stay and have a beer; I just didn’t have the time.

Xul has some of the best beers I've ever had, amazing. The customer service is always top notch and Breanna always has a huge welcoming smile that makes it feel like home every time!
