Have to say I am finally disappointed in Zaxby's, my wife's order was wrong, our fries were cold, wet, and extremely bland. Overall it wasn't worth the money I wish I could have this little bit of my weekend and money back.

I get my fries upgraded at every other store but couldn’t here. Then when I got to the store the girl at the window got mad I was here for a mobile order and told me to pull forward to wait on it yet when I walked inside it was ready. Then the manager just made excuses for everything instead of taking extra money for what I’m trying to order. I won’t come back to this location ever again. They messed my order up twice also. Spent over 40 minutes trying to get food I ordered as a mobile order

First, the girl at the counter misspelled my name , Rick she spelled Rin. Next, She forgot the honey mustard and catsup and salt and pepper . Chicken was dry and tasteless. Last thing. Employees just there walking by in a daze never ask us how the meal was or if we needed anything ..

The only reason for this 5 star review is due to Tommy and his professionalism. Hey owners and managers take this and use him further. He will be the reason my family comes back here. My family was in the food industry and I have never in that 35 years ever met someone of the caliber and very friendly character. You need more of Tommy's in this location

Always great! Great salads - especially the Zensation salad! The chicken is always amazing. Friendly drive thru service too.
Went to eat here yesterday and our food was cold we took it back up there and this one employee making the food was rude and was cussing at us there was no manager insight, then the assistant manager came up after I ask to speak to one she just gave a refund and didn't care we got cussed at or about our food being cold if things don't change east Knoxville is not gonna be the place to eat!

Was ok but this place needs a better variety on the menu. I wish they offered the vinegary Cole slaw served chilled and I would like to have pinto beans as a side. Crinkle cut fries are only appealing to me if they are hot and crispy. Too often they are kinda mushy like they have been laying around for a while, yucky. I'd rather wait two more minutes for a hot meal than get it mushy. I'd like cornbread, but that's a lot to ask from a chicken place, however, hush puppies would be a great option.
