Was ok but this place needs a better variety on the menu. I wish they offered the vinegary Cole slaw served chilled and I would like to have pinto beans as a side. Crinkle cut fries are only appealing to me if they are hot and crispy. Too often they are kinda mushy like they have been laying around for a while, yucky. Staff at this zaxby’s location are not very kind. They always seem to be frustrated and tend to be in a hurry. Food is often wrong and things are often left out of order, especially extra sauces.

always a bad experience here... just gotta post about it now cause we've been here for 4 years and this zaxbys has just always sucked... somehow this place survived covid but the food is just always sub par compared to other zaxbys... fries are extremely hit or miss, always either wet and soggy or burnt and hard... chicken has been underdone sometimes... burnt buns... salad offerings have been reduced... menu has shrunk... but hey, at least the dining room is clean.
