“I grew up in Sevier county and I have never went to flapjacks until today. Ronnie our server was absolutely amazing he kept coming to our table that was a delay in the kitchen because they are short staffed and they had a couple big parties he was very very attentive very blessed to have him as our server. The food was amazing the grits were phenomenal I'm a true country girl and them grits are great. Phenomenal job we were starving and great first experience“

“Service was horrible . You weren’t busy had to ask 3 times for water. Cop an attitude. The host is in the wrong location . She can’t see people walking in. Even when they did she never went around to greet customers. She was on her on phone .“
