I used the drive through because the KFC app always was difficult for me. I ordered a potato & chicken bowl, light gravy, a biscuit and a Pepsi. Unfortunately the biscuit was very hard and I discarded it. The bowl was very good because my instructions for light gravy was followed.
We stopped by today, but the drive-thru was closed at 9:00 PM, so we had to come inside. There were about seven people ahead of us, and we waited around 15 minutes before ordering, then another 10 minutes after we ordered. After we paid, we were told they were out of the wings we ordered, which was frustrating. Everyone around us seemed frustrated as well because many customers had already been waiting about 40 minutes for their food.

They were great people were kind and helpful while I was using coupons to order for a family of 6 this kfc did a great job
