Panda Express consistently serves good food, with fresh preparation and good portion sizes. While carry-out plates may be small, dining in offers larger portions, and upcharges for shrimp are worth the cost. The restaurant is known for its good sweet tea and has a wide range of choices, making it a reliable option. Although prices have risen due to inflation, the food remains popular among many customers.
Most reviews highlight that the food is always good, but some note that prices are higher than other fast food places, with drinks being extra. Customers have praised the staff for their helpfulness, especially when it comes to resolving issues like applying discounts. The restaurant has wheelchair accessibility and ample parking, making it friendly for families and those with mobility needs. However, some diners feel that the food does not compare well to traditional Chinese cuisine and believe there is room for improvement, particularly regarding serving sizes and sauce options. Despite this, many find Panda Express to be a solid choice for a quick meal.
