Placed a combo order in app and headed to pick it up. Drive through employees are confused when I arrive & ask what I ordered. I hand him my phone. He looks at it for a minute or two. Then magically my order was canceled. Instead of making it right, the employee cancelled my order while holding my phone & then acted like I had cancelled the order telling me to reorder it when the in app coupon wasn't available any longer. I've had a long day at work and I just want a four piece chicken strip basket with gravy and extra toast. I received BBQ chicken strips with honey mustard and no extra toast. Door dash only gave me less than half of my money back, so I'd have to pay more just to get the correct food I was craving. It's just ridiculous.
