“Great all around experience. Kaiden was especially kind and friendly. Really took a second to connect to the customer first and the staff was so fun to watch them interact together. You can tell they love their job even with the rain. Kaiden gave a Great recommendation on a new coffee to try. Will definitely order again. All in all a positive first experience at this place. “This family owned and operated business in Loudon offers a really great product and outstanding service! Every time I go in to order myself and my wife or my co-workers a loaded tea, they are always ready to offer suggestions or to explain the difference in their many products.
