“My mom and I stopped in during our traveling, and we noticed the outside of the building was really clean and well kept up. Of course, we hit the restroom first thing, lol. The inside of the restaurant was clean, and so were the restrooms. Time to order, mom was a head of me by a couple people, the little gal taking orders actually came around the counter to help my mom to hear her better and was very kind to her. Food was ready for her very quickly. My turn, wow, what a fantastic person this gal was, extremely friendly, not that fake friendly, genuinely friendly also helpful! When my food was ready, she stepped out to hand it to me. Made sure mom had everything she needed. I was so impressed by this little gal that I called and let her manager know. Manager was very nice also! I'm the drive thru person. I hate going into fast food. But this place, I'd absolutely would walk in again. Oh and the food was really good too.?“

“it's a joke and bad food“

“My service review is a one star because- my brother and I stopped in to get food and the boy at the window tried to keep my brother debit card!!! Claimed he didn't have when it was JUST handed it to him. He did give us the receipt but claimed he didn't have the card. My brother had to pull up. Park then walked up to the window. He reached in the window and grabbed his debut card that the boy had RIGHT by the register. The lady at the window (customer) seen it all and didn't even pay for her food she just left! Another worker at the window asked what was going on he told them that the boy tried to steal his card. We don't know what happened after we left. The food is great! Just make sure you get your card back because it was right there in front of that boy in plain sight.“

“I updating my review talk to the restaurant manager and she was so kind and caring about the situation and made things right by offering us to fix it but since we where only passing by from work maybe some other time. Definitely great manager
Bad attitude no customer service refuse to honor a coupon I had on the app they say that I couldn't use it at that location definitely not a nice place to come to eat I recommend elsewhere“

“A Little chaotic, busy, very clean lobby and restrooms food was good

Parking: Located with gas station liquor store in the dunkin' donuts.
That's what makes the parking very difficult at this location and not a lot of it“

“My family came down from Bellview for Christmas ,there were 7 of us.Arrived there around 11:00 just after opening.We were welcomed and they pulled some tables together for us,brought us drinks took our orders and made us all feel at home.The food was great,the service was great , and we were treated like family.Mr Kenny was friendly and took great care of us even the "picky" girl was happy. Thank you Mr Kenny you made us proud host .We will be back!“

“Service is very slow. Employees sleeping in the booths. Trash all over the place inside and out. This place is just nasty in general. Likely the only reasons why this place is still open is they are right off of I40 and that the health department hasn’t paid them a surprise visit.“
