Richard never fails to go above and beyond to make sure that all costumers (and dashers) are satisfied. Quick and efficient. He expects this from all his employees and it definitely SHOWS! I meet and deal with many many people all day everyday and - never fails to bring my spirits up. It doesn't matter if there is a line out the door or just me in the lobby - will always do his best to make sure his store is ready and customers are happy.
