Pizza Hut in Murfreesboro

“When I went in to pick up my online order they told me it wasn’t ready do to them having to remake them because they were a little too dark it was something that they caught and I didn’t have to point it out to them they also gave me a soda for my inconvenience that’s what I call good customer service don’t serve something that you would not want yourself“

“I’ve always had good experiences at this location, but tonight stood out. I got home and realized my order wasn’t quite right. I figured, well it's partially my fault because I could've checked before leaving, but called just to see if anything could be done.

The young man who helped me (I wish I knew his name, he's always so friendly and just adorable) was so efficient. He asked specific questions to understand the issue and resolved it in under 3 minutes.

The woman that helped me at the store was also kind. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.“

“My family was in town for a burial of our loved one. We stopped at Pizza Hut after. There was 20 plus of us. The waitress, Kelly, was very accommodating for all of us. She went above and beyond to meet our thirsty requests and arranged the dinner room to fit us all so we could sit together. Our pizza was delicious and fast. Strongly recommend“
