Pizza Hut in Murfreesboro

“As a Domino's guy, I will say I am greatly impressed with this Pizza Hut in Murfreesboro, Tn. The food was outstanding! The quality was great and the service was fast. The general manager, Eaden L., is an outstanding person! Her personality, professionalism, honesty, quality work, and vibe, are something that all general managers should aspire to!
If I could give more than five stars I would.“

“I’ve always had good experiences at this location, but tonight stood out. I got home and realized my order wasn’t quite right. I figured, well it's partially my fault because I could've checked before leaving, but called just to see if anything could be done.

The young man who helped me (I wish I knew his name, he's always so friendly and just adorable) was so efficient. He asked specific questions to understand the issue and resolved it in under 3 minutes.

The woman that helped me at the store was also kind. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.“

“If pizza is a good group in your diet / this is one staple source for you! The staff of friendly and attentive to your order and needs. Super friendly and always pleasant to deal with. Orders are generally ready by the time promised if not before. I gave then slightly less than perfect ratings because I’m not thrilled with the idea of my pizza dough just marinating in oils. But that is a company thing not a store issue. So I give credit for jobs week done!“

“My family was in town for a burial of our loved one. We stopped at Pizza Hut after. There was 20 plus of us. The waitress, Kelly, was very accommodating for all of us. She went above and beyond to meet our thirsty requests and arranged the dinner room to fit us all so we could sit together. Our pizza was delicious and fast. Strongly recommend“
