Absolutely the best bbq and service hands down. We were on our way home from vacation and stopped by for dinner. BBQ will never be the same. We will definitely be back during our road trips.
Amazing food & great service.
Stopped in almost at closing time the night of the Basketball Benefit dinner. They didn't have much left, but were willing to serve us. We opted to get plates and take them back to our hotel so they could get cleaned up with us in the way. They made us some to-go brisket plates and some amazing sweet tea. Prater's Bar-B-Que & Catering offers amazing BBQ dishes like ribs, rodeo burgers, and the must-try brisket sandwich plates. The food is phenomenal, especially the pickles and the crazy good delicious Turkey Supreme Sandwich. The jumbo pulled pork sandwich and half rack of baby back ribs are very tender with delicious smokey flavor. The service is fast and friendly, with a clean and cool atmosphere. The house sauce is yummy, and the sweet tea is amazing. While the bathroom might need an update, the overall experience is top-notch. Enjoy the fantastic food either inside or out back at the picnic tables on a nice day. The casual atmosphere and excellent service make it a memorable spot, and many customers can't wait to come back for more.
