I did a mobile app order yesterday. They were only doing Drive Thru pick up. It took 45 mins just to get to the window. Why offer the mobile convenience app if the we can't walk in and get our order? Such a waste of time using the mobile app. If I had know the wait was this long and no inside order pickup I would have visited another restaurant.
