I visited this Cookout on March 16th on my way home from the hospital where I had just spent a week with a sick relative. I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon only and I had to repeat the order twice. I got to the window, paid and pulled away I opened the sandwich before leaving the parking lot to find out it had been made wrong. Horrible lunch service. The last 4 times we have gone to eat there during lunch we show up at 11 and are the only ones in the lobby and wait 30 mins and sometimes more for our food. It’s beyond ridiculous. The food is great but the service is just terrible.
Damn shame u can’t open dining room
