“I came through the drive thru about midnight on 1/5 and the kindness of the man in the drive thru changed my night. My 11 month old son wouldn’t sleep and my desperate attempt was putting him in the car and driving to McDonald’s hoping he’d fall asleep. I went to the foothills location and had to leave because I was stationary too long and my child started to cry. Definitely needed that kindness with the night I was having. Just wanted to pay it forward somehow by expressing my gratitude. People aren’t like this anymore and that interaction alone helped more than that man will ever know.“
“I had a mobile order with a drive-thru that ended up not showing on the system. They told me to go inside to see if they can fix it. When I showed them my phone, they immediately went and looked for it and when they couldn’t find it they just remade it for me. No questions asked. Thank you for the awesome customer service!“
