waited 2 hours for food, was out of tea and my family was out of drinks waitress nowhere, when we got there round 5:30pm they wasn't busy had several tables empty we go in and sit and I ordered tea half and half my family ordered drinks and appetizer and we put our order in and several people came in after us and got their food and left, asked for a manager from a young boy server and he went to another table and I asked another server and then our server came and said our food...read full review

The BoatHouse at 33 offers a great vibe and atmosphere with friendly staff and solid service. The food was great, with meals like the pizza, catfish dinner, Calypso, cheese curds, pretzels sticks with beer cheese, garlic cheese curds, boathouse burger, smoked bologna, brisket sandwich, Smashburger and fries, and nachos (which could easily feed three people) all receiving praise. The cheese sauce with the pretzels is SO GOOD. Drinks like the bigun jars, sunsetter, and lake breeze were breathtakingly beautiful. One reviewer noted the food was fantastic and everything tasted great, coming out in a timely manner. However, it takes a long time to get set up and ready to go for the pontoon, and there was frustration over people smoking right in the middle of the dining area around families and children. Despite this, guests enjoyed their experience, with karaoke night adding to the fun. The service, especially from a waitress named Dallas, was absolutely incredible, personable, and attentive, making for an enjoyable time.
