Food came out prompt and as ordered. Frys were hot. Cashier was nice and friendly. One of my favorites to eat at. My family and I eat hear a few time a month.
In addition to multiple problems at the Crosstown Concourse location over the last couple of weeks, this is what I found when I bit into my grilled chicken wrap today. I guess I just have to write them off and eat elsewhere. I’m lucky I didn’t break a tooth.
I actually sent a comment to these folks via their website yesterday, telling them about the other problems, but haven’t received a response. I decided to try them again, and this is what I get.

Ordered 3 wraps and baked potato and it took almost 20 minutes to get my food in the drive thru, the person taking the order was short and rude. They also said they had no grilled tenders or cheese for baked potato! Very sad this place used to be great but the new management is terrible and need to be changed. I recommend firing all staff and starting over because who you have now is doing a terrible job. This is my 3rd bad experience at this location.
