I'm a big fan of this place. This location can be pretty hard to get into sometimes. The way the Kroger parking lot is, you basically have to come in from Poplar headed toward downtown. If you are coming from downtown, you sometimes can't turn left into Jack Pirtle because of traffic. You cannot access the drive through from the Kroger parking lot coming in off Cleveland. This particular location is so nice and friendly. I love all the Pirtle's locations. Yes! That is some real down home southern cooking! Great job, very tastey and Thank you all for taking pride in your job. I have enjoyed it for yearsss! Bless y'all.

All I can say is that it was just okay. My disappointment was I ordered a three piece DARK dinner. When I got to the window, the lady asked if I ordered a four piece with wings etc. I told her no and told her what I ordered. It's my fault that I didn't check my order because when I got home and opened the box, it was a three piece WHITE dinner and it was a little dry! It was not same chicken that they usually served.
